We read every message. These go to the front of the queue:

• Layout bugs — a sheet that comes out the wrong size, tiles that miscount, a download that won’t fire. Tell us the photo size, paper size, spacing and DPI you had selected, plus your browser, and we can usually reproduce it in minutes.
• Size requests — a photo format or paper size we don’t offer yet (there are more document-photo sizes than the four presets cover, and the custom option is the workaround until we add them).
• Content corrections — a price that’s drifted, a claim that needs a source, guidance that’s changed.

One honest caveat: we can’t tell you whether your specific photo will be accepted by a specific authority — that’s a decision only the issuer can make. For layout and printing questions, though, write away.
